Phoenix Theatre is delighted to announce this incredible lineup for the upcoming 2018/2019 season!

West Side Story – When Tony falls for Maria, it seems like love could conquer all… until their rival gangs go to war. Stephen Sondheim‘s breakout musical comes to life onstage at Phoenix Theatre.

Fun Home – Lose the rose-colored glasses: this ve-time Tony Award® winning musical tackles love, dysfunction, and everything in between.

Elf: The Musical – Get your sparklejollytwinklejingle on with Buddy the elf! Seeing this musical might just get you onto the good list (but you didn’t hear it from us).

Jersey Boys – Featuring hits like “Sherry”, “Big Girls Don’t Cry”, “Walk Like A Man”, “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You”, and “December, 1963 (Oh What A Night)”, Jersey Boys tells the unforgettable story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons.

Phoenix Theatre Festival of New American Theatre – The Festival provides opportunities for playwrights, composers, and lyricists to showcase their original works in their Pre Pre-Broadway or Pre Pre-Off Broadway stage of development.

Sisters in Law – This stunning southwest regional premiere play features the relationship between polar opposites and modern day legends, Ruth Bader Ginsberg and Sandra Day O’Connor.

Airness – Nina, a newbie to the world of competitive air guitar, thinks it’ll be a cinch to take home a win. Spoiler alert: It’s definitely not. Fresh from the Humana Festival of New American Plays, Airness makes its southwest regional premiere at Phoenix Theatre.

Cookin’s a Drag – The world premiere of Cookin’s a Drag is a hilarious, one-of-a-kind musical not to be missed! Betty D. Licious is back for her 5th anniversary special, cooking on live TV! What could go wrong?

Once – This eight-time Tony Award®-winning musical is a charming boy-meets-girl story with a twist. Once reminds us of the true power of music.

Off stage, we strive to give back to our community. Our nationally recognized Professional Volunteer Apprenticeship program provides valuable on-the-job training to future arts leaders in areas of production. Our Partners That Heal program provides comfort and entertainment to children and families in healthcare and crisis facilities. Our experiential summer programming nurtures the performing artist inside each of us, promoting con dence and providing interactive theatrical and dance experiences for children, teens and adults.
